When booking your first appointment you will be prompted to input a credit card to keep on file. 
This does not need to be how you pay for sessions, it is "insurance" for missed appointments and late cancellations only.

If your first appointment is an initial evaluation or a prenatal preventative visit, a non-refundable deposit is required. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be credited toward your next appointment. However, cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit.
